Project summary

Survey design with the aim of encouraging maximum participation amongst the TPT service-user community, in order to facilitate impact measurement and to better inform the distillation of strategic priorities for TPT.

How will this project benefit the organisation?

The Thomas Pocklington Trust aims to engineer a more effective system of engagement with the BPS community by adapting and improving its existing Listening Month consultation programme.  The project will embrace the following strands of work: principally, survey re-design for more effective service-user engagement and to facilitate meaningful impact assessment over time, thereby better informing the periodic refreshment of strategic priorities and the allocation of TPT resources.

Project description

Survey design for the blind and partially sighted (BPS) community served by TPT, in order to facilitate improved impact assessment and inform the development of strategic priorities. The TPT’s Listening Month consultation exercise is intended to be carried out periodically in order to inform the ongoing refreshment of strategic priorities and planning.
