Let us help you to raise your profile with OR professionals!

Sponsor and Exhibit at SW21, the 10^th anniversary of the OR Society’s Simulation Workshop.

SW21 offers a great opportunity to promote your company’s services, software and products to operational research academics and practitioners and to find out what they really need to address their OR challenges. Perhaps you could make yourself better known as a consultancy in the field. Or maybe you can offer software or other products which will help OR analysts solve their problems.

If you exhibit at SW21 you will make contacts and perhaps meet future business partners or employees. If you provide sponsorship of a specific item then your name will be in front of everyone.

Whether you exhibit, sponsor or both, your details will appear on the website, in general conference information and in Inside OR,  the monthly newsletter.

The conference lasts two and a half days and this year will be at the Burleigh Court Hotel on Loughborough University campus, Loughborough from 22 - 24 March 2021.

What are the options?

1. Exhibiting

• Table, chairs, lunch and refreshments for one exhibitor starts at £500 +VAT (all days)
• Unattended poster board £150 + VAT (all days).   
• Distribution of leaflets in delegate packs £200 + VAT (all days)

2. Sponsorship

There are various items you can sponsor, with prices ranging from £300 upwards.  Some examples include:

• Delegate Handbook, memory sticks, pens
• Drinks receptions – an excellent networking opportunity
• Plenary speaker
• A suggestion of your own perhaps and much more!

You can also sponsor an amount without it being attached to a specific item.
