It drives decision making on products and services, and is a critical input to finance, marketing, logistics and production, across sectors from business to government.
As a research discipline, it therefore crosses multiple fields of research, drawing on mathematics, management, information sciences, behavioural sciences, social sciences, engineering, and other fields.
This stream attempts to sample the plethora of methodological approaches and application areas, relevant from both an academic and a practitioner perspective.
