The Project and Risk Management conference stream is an open call to prospective authors to submit abstracts and presentations either theory-or practice-oriented, that detail recent research results in the following essential areas:
We welcome the use of both quantitative and qualitative methods for project and risk management. Quantitative approaches may include, but are not limited to, artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, Bayesian theory, system dynamics, discrete event simulation, agent-based modelling, and hybrid modelling. Simultaneously, qualitative research that delves into the exploration of new theoretical frameworks, the development of comprehensive definitions, and the provision of in-depth insights in project and risk management.
Our aim is to foster a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas in project and risk management in operational research. As such, we invite case studies, real-world applications, and theoretical papers from all sectors in order to foster a deeper understanding of key trends and challenges.
